Shilpi Saxena is a 25-year-old good looking girl. She works with a Airline company as senior ground staff. She has a wheatish complexion and always wears tight jeans and kurtis when she is off from the office.

Me: Then dear you would have to remove them so as to take the injection.

Shilpi: It would be uncomfortable for me to undress fully from bottom for an injection, please give it in the arm.

Me: This shot goes only on the butt, don’t worry dear, why are you so afraid.

I hold Shilpi’s hand. She was a bit nervous. I gave her an assuring look. She agreed and told me.

Shilpi: Theek hai skirt and stockings utaar deti hoon par aap injection dheere se lagana (ok, I will remove the skirt and stockings but please make it painless)

She went to the corner of the room, removed her coat to show cream-colored tight shirt. She then unzipped her skirt from the side. Then slowly opened the buttons and slid it down. I could see her red panty covered with black transparent stockings which were tied to her waist under her shirt.
She then opened the stocking hose and slid it down. I could clearly see her red panty covering her well shaped wheatish buttocks. She then turned around.

I was waiting for her with the syringe in my hand, fully prepared, the needle was 2.5-inch long which was covered with the needle lid.

Shilpi looked at me nervously and said “is this fine”. I said “perfect dear now lie down on the table”

She said anxiously “sui bahut badi hai doctor (the needle looks huge doctor)

I told her “Shilpi don’t look behind” and removed her panty fully to her knees to reveal her well-shaped buttocks which had a speck or two but were largely clear and smooth.

I cleansed the right buttock in round spot. She jerked upon the touch of the cold cotton swab.

After the swab, she anticipated the injection and said in a soft for concerning tone “doctor aram se please (doctor do it slow)

I assured her and pricked the needle in her right buttock.

Shilpi just jerked and literally jumped on her toes “Ouchhhh….”

Me: Just stand there, you will break the needle”
I started to push the medicine inside her buttock. She screamed in pain “AAAHHHHHHH doctor it burns….”. I quickly injected the medicine took out the needle and cleansed the area for a tiny blood spot that oozed out of the injection spot.

She just looked back in pain and was in tears. Her kajal distorted and now literally flowing down her cheeks with tears!

She was in so much pain that she just put her head down on the gurney and stayed in that position for around 30 seconds before pulling her panty up. She was constantly rubbing her right buttock.
I told her “don’t rub that much, it can leave a spot”
Shilpi then dressed up and was literally limping when she walked out of the clinic..
