[NEW BLOG: 2026] Nisha Mendonca - Gorgeous 45-year-old woman, comes to clinic for blood test and injections in arm and thigh

Nisha Mendonca is a gorgeous corporate trainer who is 45 years old, quite fit and likes takes care of her health.  Her complexion is dusky but she looks really graceful. She has a voluptuous body. She comes in for regular check ups, is active at the gym and is sexually active.  She has a teenage daughter.

She had her blood test last time which revealed severe B12 deficiency, which was confirmed by her symptoms of feeling dizzy, fatigued and not being active during the day, with constant pain in her foot soles etc. I put her on a course of B12 vitamin injections and she walked in today for the same. She has to take 1 shot each fortnight to replete her B12 supply.

Today was her last shot. Thus, she was due for her blood test as well, to check if her vitamin deficiency was taken care of by the injection course.

Nisha said she walked in directly after taking a training session which was at a luxury hotel and drove directly to my clinic.  She was wearing a black short dress with a maroon blazer.

She looks very attractive for her age and does take good care of herself.  She has short curly hair which goes with her face very well. 

Her thighs are well built and she has in the past shown preference to take injections on her thighs rather that on buttocks as she does not feel comfortable taking injections on her buttocks.  Today was not different as she was supposed to get 2 shots.

Nisha sat on the chair and I told her she was due for her blood test, she smiled and lifted the sleeve of her blazer, I prepped the site, put a band around her left arm and upon seeing the vein, cleansed the site and put the needle deep into the vein to draw the blood.  

She showed a little discomfort when the needle was pushed. After drawing the blood, I asked her if she has anymore symptoms. She said that during training sessions she at times feels a bit lethargic and that has continued over time. I was surprised since she already is on B12 injection course, she should not feel this way.  

I told her okay, today is your last dose of B12, with it I will also give you a Neurobion injection to see if that helps.  She said okay.

Me: Okay, B12 like last time goes into your arm, please lift the sleeve further.

Nisha: Okay, is it fine to take it on the same arm, since you already put another needle to draw blood from it

Me: Yes that should be fine.

Nisha pulled her blazer sleeve further up, to reveal her arm which was quite toned

I prepared the needle with medicine and cleaned her arm. Pricked the needle and started injecting the medicine. She let a small 'ouch' but tolerated the injection well. I pulled out the needle and applied a small cotton patch on the injection site.

Me: Now, I plan to give you another injection, for your fatigue, and the volume of injection will be a bit high. I know you don't like taking injections on buttocks, but I can do it on your thigh.

Nisha: Okay, that should be fine, as long as I get relief

Me: Okay, then just sit on the examination table.

Nisha moved from the chair to the examination table. She lifted the dress a bit to expose her left thigh. I prepared another injection.

Upon seeing me approaching with the injection, she closed her eyes. I cleaned the part of her thigh in circular motions of the swap and put the needle, she let out a sigh. I started injecting the medicine.  She showed a bit of discomfort but was fine. I pulled out the needle and cleaned the spot with swab. She pulled the dress to cover her thigh.

Me: Okay, I have given you 1 more injection, let me know how it works for your fatigue, you can call me tomorrow to let me know. Also, you blood was taken today, we should have the results in 2 days, I will call you if I see any anomalies.

Nisha: Sure, thank you Doc. I will call you tomorrow.

Nisha thanked and left the clinic. I anticipate her call tomorrow...
